It generally refers to the general public, as per the past karma, how long the lifespan can be in this life, and roughly that As far as there is no way that this life cannot be extended, the general situation is that this situation is certain, and there is no way to increase the lifespan, this is certain. There are some longevity Dharma to prolong life, it is extended for some special conditions.

In fact, we felt that the lifespan of this life in the past life is probably fixed, but this lifespan actually depends on one, and that is attachment—the body, The strength of the body is actually related to our lifespan. So, if you can maintain this body well and keep it in a good state, you may be able to achieve the life you felt in the past, say 80 years old. life. That is if you put your life expectancy at 80 years old and don't take good care of it, but if you keep your body in a weakened state, you may only live to 50-60 years old. In fact, we emphasize that in Our health care, fasting, the practice of longevity law, etc., in fact, the most important thing is to retain the body, energy, and strength that lifespan depends on, and maybe make it stronger. In this way, our lifespan can be extended to the end. It should be understood from this direction.
